I played, back in the late 1980s, at a Golden Wedding Party for Charles and Alice Yeates at Stanmer Park, Brighton.

Charles had written a poem about The Great Hurricane of October 1987 and as a ‘thank you’ he gave it to me asking me to put it to music.

I changed the odd word and came up with this using a tune of a song called ‘Maid of Bedlam’.
